Default Any suggestions for protecting Sugar?

I want to put Sugar outside the firewall, but also don't want it showing up in Search Engines, or for other webcrawlers or spiders to get to it's folder.

I realize that robots.txt is a start. And that I could put Apache authentication on the folder (rather not). Any suggestions, pros and cons, are appreciated.

The robots.txt is a very good start, see http://www.google.nl/search?hl=nl&cl...G=Zoeken&meta=

Also, SSL certificates are a good idea, as are strong passwords.

I believe that IP range blocking, HTTP authentication, etc. are counterproductive i.e. can hinder people connection from home or on the way.
