Please understand - I am not looking for Sugar training. I own a training company and I'm considering purchasing Sugar or Info@hand for my small business.. I like to hear from users in the education industry. Are there any schools or training companies using the product? How is it working for you? I am especially interested in the Customer Portal.

djl0525 We are working with a University who is using Sugar as a SRM (Student Management System).
Whilst I can't talk about them specifically, I am happy to talk about (offline) the generalities of what they needed and how it all works and what it really looks like in reality.
