Any way to track goals?

have been looking at SugarCRM to handle my company's sales pipeline. One of the main things that I am in need of is a way for sales people and sales managers to track goals. The goals that would be tracked would be things like # of cold calls, # of referrals, # of emails or letters sent out etc.

Basically the sales mgr would input the goals for the sales reps and the the sales rep could see where they are at and update where they are with regards to their goals, but not be able to change their goals. Sales mgrs would be able to track progress on the goals of their sales reps.

Is this something that SugarCRM can do already, or is there an addon that can provide this functionality?

This must be accomplished through custom modules.
You can create a custom module to define the goals to be reached. You can configure it the way it track the goals per user per month.
