If you mean the Asia Pacific area then I work for a company that is implementing it in Australia.

Our firm operates from Mumbai, India. We have implemented SugarCRM for clients in different Indian cities (Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and in Gurgaon). We have enquiries from Singapore and Sri Lanka too.

SugarCRM is doing pretty well in Australasia. We're working with over a 100 companies using SugarCRM Open Source or Professional in Australia, New Zealand and another few in Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, Dubai and Singapore.

There are a few Australian case-studies published on the Sugar web site at http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/customers/index.html if you're interested.

The company I work for is Naiman Clarke, we are a recruitment company. I developed a customised version of Sugar in-house for my uni thesis and we implemented it last week. Everything is going really well so far!
