Hi,

Sugar have a product matix that show the recommended version of applications to RUN SugarCRM. I have a Ubuntu Server and only certain version are maintained for Ubuntu Versions. Basically I'm useing version 6.06LTS and the developers only provide PHP5.1.2 Apache2.0.2 and MySQL5.0.22

In order to upgrade to the most recent verison of PHP that Sugar requires I will have to either install all the packages again manually (not a nice job) or upgrade to a newer LTS version of Ubuntu with would be 8.04 which has PHP5.2.4 Apache2.2 and MySQL5.0.

I beleive I can upgrade to 5.2.0k on my current PHP versions but 5.5 will require the most recent PHP5.2. For now this is OK as I can upgrade to 5.2.0k with support until the end of the year.

My question is - do sugar have a document any where explaining the new better features of newer PHP, Apache2 and MySQL application that it is making use of?

Rgds
Chris
