    Default Appropriate for order-based business?

Our company is focused more on regular repeat business from existing customers, as opposed to opportunities, leads, and closing one-time sales, though there is a bit of that as well.

I don't see anything in the demos that covers order history, the ability to track and forecast a customer's purchases, etc., much less the ability to place orders directly in SugarCRM, like I would be able to with Net Suite or MS CRM.

Is SugarCRM appropriate for my business model, or should I look elsewhere?

Sure, I think it is, but you need custom modules to meet your specific needs. SugarCRM OS provides a very good platform to start, but no CRM is right for everybody, so custom development is needed.

Is you're interested then please email me (maykelrr@yahoo.com)

    Good luck

One good solution is provided bt Info@Hand (Demo: http://www.infoathand.com/iah_demo.html) but it is not free and need sometime important personalized features (languages for quotes and invoices, taxes for each account, calculus of taxes for Gov., etc.).

Actually, it is the best solution I found... for example the email solution use a good java template, the same used with OpenWebMail, details are careful, etc.
