Didn't work for us though. Maybe we didn't have our email settings all proper but haven't had time to devote to testing. Let us know if you find something that works.
I don't know if it is by design that you can't forward or reply to archived emails but I cannot believe that the message board isn't overflowing with people who want to figure that out.
Hi,
I too have had this problem, and have found a simple fix:
In the Email module click on My Archives, click the tick box next to the Archived Email you want to Forward. Scroll down to Mass Update and change the Status to Unread and click on the Update button. Now your email can be Forwarded.
Once you have done all that you need to do with it, then change its Status back to Archived.
