    Default Archiving Emails

Curently I do not use the Outlook Plugin for Sugar. I send my Emails via Outlook though. Now i discovered the Arching Email function under contacts. What I want to know is:

Does this function "Archive Email" also send this email or is it jsut to document a email sent out by another program (like Outlook?)

    Thanks for any hints

Archive Emails provide a way to store emails that are no longer active or already sent. This archive status will keep them stored in sugar but will not show up as read, replied, or unread in your inbox. It is a way to save emails that you ether sent already or just to unclutter your inbox.

I use thunderbird and archive to sugar - works fine with inbound mail as it autodetect the mail adress, however - when I want to archive a sent item the archive plugin autodetect my own email adress i.e. "sender" - that is not smart as I want to archive the sent mail to the receiving mail adress - is this correct? or am I doning something wrong?
