Archiving opportunities

Is there a way to archive opportunities? I would like to not see the long list of historical ones that go back several years, but don't really want to delete them permanently.

Hi,

Currently there is no archieving in the sense that you can put the records into an archive table but you could set a filter for the sales stages that you would like to see and save that filter. Look for "advanced search" and "saved search and layout" in the list view.
