You need the Teams functionality in order to do that. The open source edition does not have this feature, but the TeamOS module can be downloaded for free and will do that for you.
The other options would be to use a commercial edition with built-in Teams functionality. The Info@Hand, Sugar Pro or Sugar Enterprise edtions all include it.
