I want to use sugarcm in a professional medical practice. One of our common tasks is to recall patients for their routine eyecare. I want to be able to assign the task to a POOL of staff/users so that any member of my staff can view the queue of patients requiring recall and take individual responsibility for the task. So I want all staff to be able to pull from the queue, but I also want to be able to see who among the staff is successfully converting those tasks into appointments (so I can compensate the staff according to performance).

Can sugar do this out of the box? Would it require significant customization?
