Hello All,

Please help......here is what my Sales Managager said. I'm hoping someone has the answer.

Under the account name, their is a section called Leads. Now when I get leads I want to ASSIGN the lead, under the account name I created, assigned to the territory rep where the lead is. When I did this, for an account for Ray, it came back saying Ray had assigned the lead. I am the sales manager, so it should be noted that I ASSIGNED the lead, for accountability issues.
