Assinged user cannot edit its own tasks

Hi

I have a problem with role security. I've created a role a I've given to TASK module EDIT only to Owner while LIST/DETAIL to ALL. If the user A create a task and assign to user B, then the user B cannot reassign back to user A even if it'd be the owner.
This is the only way to create a sort of approval workflow using role security but it seems to have problems.
It seems that owner it's only the user that create the task (even if in the admin manual it's reported that is the assigned user)

Anyone that experienced same problem???
