I'm working on SugarCRM and I have to inetagrate it with a server telephony which is asterisk...
When an incoming call show up on X-lite(a client)..I want to get the caller ID on a sort of pop-up ,and also to set it up in the database of Sugar..(Is it a code that I have to insert in the initial code of Sugar or smthg else)
The question is how can I make the integration between SugarCRM and Asterisk..
Please, I want a detailed clarification because I'm new with all that stuff..
