About LinkBacksI wounder if it's possible to attach and link a word doc. to one contact? We do all our quotes in word and send them off via email as a PFD or print them out and post them but I like to gather all the quotes under the CRM.

Simply view the contact, then on the History sub-panel, click "Create Note or Attachment". In the form that appears use the Attachment "Browse" button to locate and upload your word document.
