PDF attached on email don't work with the SugarCRM email client.

I also have problem with french characters, like this:
Note: sorry text is in french, but words are not completes and characters lost, and characters like "é", "à", "ç" ... etc. are replaced by "?" (example: "install?a" should be "installé la", "appar?oudainement" should be " apparu soudainement", etc.)
