    Default Auto associate contacts?

I was wondering if it is possible in the OS version to automatically associate a new contact with an account and a user? It would be nice to be on an account and then be able to click on new contact and have that contact automatically associated with that account.

Also, our sales people have their seperate accounts and contacts but do not create their own. It would be nice if it could automatically associate the contact with the user who the account is associated with so that our support staff doesn't need to remember who each account is associated with when they create a new contact.

Along the same lines, it doesn't seem to be possible to import a group of contacts to an account. Right now you have to import the contacts and then go through and associate them all with the account. When you are talking about thousands of contacts it is pretty time consuming. You have to redo the list sizes and then change them back. Not an elegant solution.
