Auto populate based on dropdown value help

I've just been made administrator of our SugarCRM, and when users are inputting customer information they have to manually type in the cust address.

I need to import the data from a csv file
Then create SUBURB_LIST dropdown with the imported data
Then the user picks the CITY from the SUBURB_LIST drop down, and then have it auto populate the STATE and POSTCODE fields, is this possible?

SugarCRM version: Professional 5.5.0 (Build 6655)

Not without cutting some custom code ... when you have the source code ... most things are possible
