Available User Email Folders not Visible by all users

I am having the problem that not all my users can see all the folders I have setup to be shared. Two can and two cannot. I have no idea why that is, but I am sure it is button I haven't pushed. Does someone know a trick to fix this?

I have the same problem. Once you check "none" everything is gone.
Does somebody have a solution? Caus thats pretty worth.
