    Question B2b and B2C setup?

I've been reading a few threads on B2B and/or B2C implementation but they are all relatively old. Has anything changed recently in this regard?

    My specific need is this:

Golf courses are commonly purchased by both companies and individuals. If we sell a golf course to an individual, do we then create a record for that person in Accounts (duplicating the Contact record) or is there another way to handle this situation?

Nothing has changed ... SugarCRM is essentially a B2B application. And no, you wouldn't create a duplicate Contact, you'd associate the extant Contact with the Account.

just like how info@hand handles b2c implementation, by creating two records, one in Account and the other in Contact to relate?
