Backup with bulit-in tools

Hello,

i have sugarCRM 5.5.
I have the problem with backup. The system ask me for filename and path. Then it begins backuping but can't success complete this.

In all time the result is .zip-file with 15M-size, wich can't open by unzip toolkit. In all cases it say that zip file corrupt.

what do you think?

Try to change some of the PHP variables, any with max something...

Really, don't depend on the built in options to backup SugarCRM. If you depend on your data then either buy something or find something on the net that will backup your files to another machine somehow. Also, backups should be done automatically every night. If you need help setting up a backup just give us your server description and we can help.

Agree with Ken ... and backup data and application daily .... there are lots of backup tools out there .. many open source among them ... but depends on your setup on which may be best

may be i'm not exectly describe my problem.

2mapm - you right. I change the "memory_limit" varible from 64M up to unlimited...And SugarCRM do backup files = 43Mb (before it was stoped on 15Mb). But it not complete 100% (so it's corrupet zip-file too)..

The reason of backup is syncronise changes between local and internet site.
i found around way: i just copied "custom" folder manualy (and use export-import for MySQL).

It locate in MySQL-tables
