Basic VoIP Integration

I'm curious if there are any projects or plugins that would provide some basic outbound VoIP integration. I use a broadvoice account with an Xten softphone for many of my outbound calls, and I was able to modify the Skype settings built into Sugar to use sip: links instead of callto:// links wherever phone numbers appear.

What I'd like is a way to quickly power through a list of leads with minimal reloading of different account screens. If I pull up a list of leads, I can click on one of them to get to the detail page. At this point there are NEXT and PREV buttons to navigate through the list. Everything looks good so far. But if you try to add a call to the lead, you lose the NEXT and PREV buttons and have to go *back* to the list, re-sort it, etc. This is a waste of time. Here's now I would like it to work:

1. Make list of leads and sort it to my taste.
2. Click on a lead to call them with my sip phone
3. Have a form pop out using AJAX (without reloading the entire page) to make quick notes for the call.
4. Move on to the next lead.

Is there anything available that can do this?
