Really appreciate any help

I work for various companies and want to store data against each company so that while i'm working for a particular company I can differentiate the data. Althogh I'll be setting up tasks so I need to see all tasks for the day regardless of which custoemr that it relates to.

Which is going to be the best way of doing this, import them as leads and then set up a seperate project for each of my clients?
