Best way to learn SugarCRM?

I was wondering what the best way to learn how to setup SugarCRM is? Also wondering what the best way to teach my staff how to use it would be. I think a video tutorial would be ideal.

We will be mostly using it for customer service so I would want any tutorials to focus on that.

I am following this step when I am in the process to shortlist CRM application

1> I selected few modules first to see the features , I selected Contact , Campaign module

I wrote out in a paper what I wanted this module to do

2> I installed sugar CRM

3> Read the docs

4> Most help for me came out of reading podcast materials , they have in PDF

5> At this stage I had a clear idea on what I want from the CRM

(i) I want to add / import the contacts

(ii) Categorize the contacts in to groups , which is target list depending on the need

(iii) I need to start a campaign , for which I need to select the target list and the campaing materials

(iv) I need to choose the campaign material in HTML format .

(v) See that status

(vi) option for unsubscribe ,

(vii) wanted to check who all had read the mail and who all had clicked the link



6> I started working on the open source edition to implement the above features , posted doubts on the forum , checked the archive



Now almost I have a good understanding with the campaign module , Contacts



Before starting up , decide what u want from CRM , put it in a paper . I recommend you to join their sugaruniversity program , then

Start doing things , within few weeks u will be able to have good command over Sugar CRM

Even though it might sound a bit sarcastic: The best way is to produce a video tutorial yourself and post it for others. I believe the community would appreciate it very much.
Another approach that is too often forgotten: analyse your business processes, re-design them if necessary and then map your results to the features of the software packages that you had short-listed.
And since you know your needs know (and you wrote them down of course) it's easy to follow the excellent advice of bisana further up. Here for example you will always get answers if you have specific questions.
