We know that SugarCRM opens internet connections to the Sugar company servers.
And the Sugar logo shown on the buttom of the webpage will not be installed logally but always be loaded from the Sugar website - this way allowing the webserver of the Sugar website to monitor the usage of SugarCRM customer installs.
Both techniques can be used to profile and monitor the Sugar users/customers.
Is Sugar doing this now?
Does Sugar provide a privacy statement, in this regard?
For those that are concerned of constant monitoring or profiling, is it possible to disable these connections and to store the logo locally?
Kind regards
