Birthdays

I have all our clients with their Birthdays in Sugar. Now how do I pull that information, so I can make sure that they get a card?

Hi Amy,

What version of Sugar do you have? If you have Pro or Ent, then you can create a report which pulls the contact names and birthdays.

if you have CE, you can also generate a report if you have a reporting tool like Zucker installed. Otherwise, you can also export the entire list of contacts into a csv document (given that this has not been disabled) and filter based on the birthday field withing Excel (fyi - exporting from the Contacts list view will export all fields in the contacts module)
