Bitrock installed - error: can't move_uploaded file

ERROR: can't move_uploaded_file to cache/upload/1a55dbf2-0ccf-1848-297d-4515d993eb30. You should try making the directory writable by the webserver

I'm getting this error on a Windows XP machine with a Bitrock installation. When I would normally look for a IUSR... for directory permissions, since Apache is the webserver there is no user to create access for.

Anyone having the same issue?

Check out your PHP.INI file and remove or comment out the line with the following setting:

open_basedir=

Save your changes, restart your web server and try again.
