So what's the big difference then between a manual configuration & using the Bitrock installer? I hear all the time that a manual install of Apache, PHP & MySQL is better than the bitrock installer??

Why so?

What amount of config can actually you change with a manual install that you can't with the Bitrock installer? or are we talking about a massive amount or just a few tweaks?
