Hi,
we today tested a campaign with 2 target lists with overlapping contacts in them. It seems that sugar does not merge the target lists. So in order to make sure a contact does not get 2 emails you have to manually check if there are overlapping contacts in the target lists. At least there should be a method to list those duplicates.
Furthermore is there a chance to deactivate the line saying "To remove yourself from this email list click here". Reason is that the link set on "here" is wrong as it points to our intranet adress which is only valid for intranet users. If there is a chance to avoid this line please help!
Furthermore when you build target lists you want to select from your contacts which one should get the email and who not. When you select some contacts and continue to work and open the search box for further contacts you will notice that the previously selected contacts who are already on the target list are still in the select list. So you have great difficulties to see who is already on the list and who is not. Any help to avoid this?
Furthermore when you build target lists a obvious thing is to select contacts according to their industry type of the account. Unfortunately you can only select from the ocntacts and there is no connection to the account data. Or did I oversee something. Any help?
Futhermore:
When you create a large campaign it might be that you work on the target lsit while you already begin with sending the emails out. Does Sugar somehow store the information who has already received an email and who not, so you can continue with the campagn?
Thanks for any response
Hannes
