Bug with Suppression by Domain functionality

I am using Sugar Community Edition Version 6.2.3. The 'Suppression by Domain' function is not working.

I have been using the same way of adding a domain in the list like before, but the new installation turned out to have bugs in it.

I have added <everybody>@domain1.com, <everybody@domain2.com etc. More than 1 domains are separated by comma. and the TYPE is selected correctly as well. Still emails are being sent to these domains and I had to face the brunt.

Please help URGENTLY with this bug.
