hope this is the right place to ask. We have an old (4.5) sugarCRM installation. We're using the bug tracker a lot, it seems to fit well in our model to have customers and cases in the same system as bugs and such. However, our old version is not quite comparable to a "real" bug tracker, so I was trying to find out if there is any new functionality in the new versions of SugarCRM?
I tried to find it from the website but didn't find much. I'm mainly looking for stuff like better attachments handling (there's almost always a report, screenshot or some sample files included in a bug report) and more automatic log / history data, like who modified the report and when.
I would appreciate any information, including pointers to proper places I may not have found (i.e. RTFM <g>).
