Build-your-own demo resetting prematurely

Using the OS version of this, it seems to be resetting and wiping out the environment on the hour; I thought it was supposed to only do this after 60 mnutes of inactivity.

This has happened to me twice now - it limits its usefulness for demoing the program!

Interesting.

I noticed this too, that it was resetting more quickly than I expected it to. But, I didn't spot the fact that it might be resetting on the hour. That fact should be help to Sugar to get that fixed.
