I'm geting into an argument with others where I would prefer to use Google Calendar vs Sugar Cal and it has to do around personal tasks.

Here is the issue. I have a Dentist Appointment today and my sales reps are seeing me in Sugar as available but I need to add that appointment to the calendar. The next issue I have is that next week I have register my kid for school so that is another personal task. .

If I add the appointment as a task there is no place to enter duration.

How do I fix this?

Just use a meeting. You don't need to invite others.

Meetings have duration, tasks don't.
