    Default Calendar Reminders

One thing that most people in my company keep asking for is the ability to set a reminder for 24hrs prior to an event. Currently, the furthest out that it'll let you select is 1hr. Does anyone know of a workaround or how I could add the 24-hr option?
    Thanks!

    Hi

you can add options to the dropdown 'reminder_time_options'.

Go to 'Admin' -> 'Studio' -> 'Edit Drop Downs' -> 'Edit Drop Downs' and choose 'reminder_time_options'.

For older versions of Sugar go to: 'Admin' -> 'Dropdown Editor'

    Angry Re: Calendar Reminders

I added one more (1 day prior, 86400 seconds) in my SugarCRM 4.01e and I've lost all the older times. Now all the "key" values are 0, 1, 2, 3, not 60, 120, etc.

Now I try to use the edit option for every value but the value can't be edited. Opens the edit window but the number of seconds value ("key") can't be overwrited.

The English values remains the same because

What I wanted to do was adding 2 more options: 1 day after and 5 day after, but I think the limit is 3600 seconds (one hour).

    Looking for the solution

We had the same problem with older releases of Sugar. Don't know if it was 4.0.1

But you can edit directly the file include/language/en_us.lang.php OR if it exists, edit the file
    custom/include/language/en_us.lang.php

Maybe the problem was that I tried to add one more option with more than 3600 seconds (1 day after) and this began the problem.

    Problem solved editing custom/include/language/es_es.lang.php

By the moment I can't understand why the 3600 seconds limit. Hey Sugar Team, what you can tell about the limit?

    Thanks for your help
