I'm trying to create a work flow in Sugar CE so that when staff call a lead and no one answers or the lead says to call back next day etc there is a way to opt for that lead to drop of the list to be worked the next day. This would avoid having a big list of leads for each user and them not knowing which are called or worked that day as it gets confusing with fresh leads mixed with old leads. Is there a simple solution to this. Call centres must work something similar to this.
A typical scenario would be this.
1) I assign 30 new leads to a staff member in the morning.
2) Staff member works these leads and is able to select an option within the lead module to have the lead clear from the list until a selected date so it can be worked again when suitable. For instance if there is no answer on the phone the user selects "Next day" and the lead appears on the list again the next morning. another example: user talks to lead but they are busy and advise to call in 3 days when they are available to discuss options so you set lead to reappear in list in 3 days.
3) After a lead has been converted then it would typically disappear form the lead list as it is not needed to call anymore.
I've used this setup on bespoke crm systems before in a call centre environment and it was simple but don't understand how this can be done within Sugarcrm.
