campaign emails

we are creating campaigns emails while we creating targetsif we select type test after that when we we are sending emails through test it is showing date 15-08-1996 9:30 date can u pls tell why it is taking this date in queue sending mails

I am having this problem as well. Emails are not sending out

I get this error in the sugarcrm.log
