Campaign mail not going out

this is an older version of sugar (3.5.1) that cant be upgraded because of some server limitations... mail goes out when you manually compose, but not from an email campaign. all dates are correct, i even tried moving the date 1 day backwords, it just hangs in the queue.

This is an older version of Sugar (3.5.1) so incoming email settings are not present in there...all other settings are the asme as described in the link you sent, and mail and still being held in the queue.
