I have a few newsletters set up. I use newsletters only so that if a contact opts out of that particular newsletter they are not opting out on ALL emails.

Anyways, lets say over a month new contacts are added into sugar. Can I pull reports of who is not subscribed to a newsletter? My case is that I want everyone to be part of our "Corporate News" be default but how do I do that?

Ideally I would want to search for contacts/leads not part of the newsletter and who have not opted out.

On that note, how come there is not a dynamic target list? Or even an option to automatically add all contacts that meet a certain criteria, responsible to the opt-outs of course.
