Campaigns Help!

I'm trying to get the Campaign Module working and tracking properly and I've run into a few snags that the documentation doesn't really provide much help with.

1. I'm trying to set up a tracking URL, but they don't work too well. The URL looks like this.

http://revolvecrm.com/campaign_tracker.php?track=919d973a-e56f-7a6c-bc8c-45bf564073f0&identifier={MESSAGE_ID}

but it does not print out the Message ID. If I am supposed to Copy/Paste it I'm not sure where to find it.

2. Is their a way to grab the Campaign ID without having to create a form and copy and paste the code form the Form?
