Could I view/report process of work with Lead according to user/efficacy?

Can you explain the background of your use case a bit further?

Could I view/report process of work with Lead according to user/efficacy?

With Sugar Professional you can design a variety of reports to measure many kinds of performances to draw conclusion from.

With Sugar Open Source you have to build custom reports from source in form of dashlets or dashboards.

For example:

I want to create email/mail campaign and assign leads inside one target list to certain users of Sugar in order to work with this assigned leads (send emails/mails, get replies, call, set tasks etc.).

How could I “track” working with leads inside one campaign?

Is it possible to know at any moment the status of every lead in this campaign? Or generate report how many emails user has sent and how many replies has got?

How many Leads inside this campaign were converted to Contacts?

Campaign Mgmt offers a 'view status' link, Click on it and you see different statistics like messages sent, viewed, links clicked ...
