We'd like to develop a report that looks at how groups of contact or leads have responded to our Campaigns.

We know we can see global results by campaign or by individual contact but how would you do it for groups of customers?

Also would it be done in php/mysql against the db or is using sugar a more powerful way of doing it?

Where should we start? We'd appreciate suggestions.
