    Default Can anyone confirm the same issue with unified searching

    Hi,

    We've found a bug in our implementation and was wondering if anyone else can confirm it quickly in case it's specific to our installation?

    If we use the "Unified Search" tool (top right search box) to generate matching lists of accounts, contacts etc, all the 'edit' buttons on the right of each row go to an edit view which has "return_module=opportunities" set in the URL. This means subsequent saving results in a "record deleted or not accessible" on saving if it's anything other than an opportunity record.

    Hi Steve,
    I can confirm that this is definitely a bug. i was able to reproduce it. I did a bit more research and i found numerous bugs about this issue. Seems to have started in 5.0. Looks like it might be resolved in 5.2, based on this bug:

    Because you are on Pro, you might want to log a case with the Sugar team and tell them that you are experiencing this bug (#20142). They might be able to send you a patch fix for this issue.
