In such a case what is my best option.
1. Partner with sugar crm (i'm not sure how) and provide an off the shelf product for our customers.
2. Download the open source product, integrate our data and provide a on site service.
3. Download the open source product, integrate our data and provide a on demand service (i feel this might be a considerable headache as we would be essentially duplicating sugar crm professional functionality/service without any expertise in this area and to serve at the most 30-50 total accounts for the next 3 years).
Any comments thoughts would be highly appreciated.
