Can I use SugarCRM Os in my Organization without any obligation?

I think I know the answer is yes.
But It would be very comforting if someone out there could tell me if they are doing this in their organization.

My organization is looking at getting our 100+ users on SugarCRM OS to begin with and once we feel comfortable we would move on the enterprise edition.

If you mean to ask whether or not you can use it without incurring any fees, the answer would be yes, at least when talking about Sugar licenses.

One thing to note though, especially given your scenario, if you do upgrade to Enterprise at some point, licensing costs are based on named user counts, and secondly, all your users have to be upgraded. Thus, if you begin with 100 users, all 100 licenses have to be upgraded or you need to reduce your user count once you've upgraded.
