Can sugar already do this?

Can someone please tell me if sugar already has the capability to share call information to other outside agencies.

For example.
I run a for sale by owner car lot.
Bob calls in and asks about the 97 Transam that Bubba owns.
I make a new contact "Bob" and and note about the conversation (possibly linked to the 97 Transam or Bubba)

Now Bubba logs in.
Can he see that Bob called?
Can I restrict what info Bubba can see?


Also can I change the terminology used in sugar via localization?

You can restrict the view and other operations using the Roles Management.

You might not want to give Bubba proper logon access - even if he's limited via roles. In that case - provided you have development skills - you might be able to use the portal interface (if you have the pro version). Also, if you get the pro version, you could do further access limitations using the teams functionality.

As for localization, there are different language packs but also a thorough dictionary implementation so you can easily alter any terms used via the studio.
