I have some questions about SugarCRM. I am using the opensource version, and see that version 4.0 will be out soon.
I want to use it in my business, but I see that SugarCRM might be missing some features (or I can't find them).
I am in the real estate business, and want to keep track of contacts who referr business (brokers, lawyers, etc), and also homes (I bought a list of homes in the area).
- I want to be able to "manage my contacts of brokers", and contact them every so often. I want to be able to pull a report (or query) with those who I have to contact because they have no sent me business (or export a list of those that do so that I can send a thank you). I need to know who needs to be contacted because I have not heard from them in a while (if they sent me business referals or did not).
- I want to load the database withe the data that I bought and be able to generate mail merges based on querys (age, zip, town, etc). I need to figure out what is the profile of the most profitable client from the dataset - aka who to market to again.
