can't able to see the lead list in search

in our sugarcrm we have the lead list .totall we are having 4,429 leadlist .for one user it is showing 3,857,for some other user it is showing 3,357 it is reducing leadlist and showing when we clear the cache also it is showing the same .and we are having the teamos on sugarcrm.this error is b'coz of that or what can u pls tell me the solution.pls expalin me .

Are you sure the not listed leads are not marked as deleted??
This could be the reason.

Check the content of field 'deleted':

SELECT COUNT(*) FROM leads WHERE deleted = 1
