Can't access sugar ce from a machine in local network

Hi,
I have installed SugarCRM CE in a VMWare machine and its working perfectly from the localhost. But when I try to access the page from my laptop (where VMWare installed), I am getting 'cannot display the webpage' message. What could be the problem? Is there any security setting to be set? Please help...

Given the URL I am trying to access..

From Server

or
http://192.168.100.10/SugarCE-Full-5.5.0/ - Working

From Remote (192.168.100.20)

DNS and gateway of both are set to same..

If ther are any security settings, they do not come from SugarCRM.
I'm running different CE installations on VMWare and on Virtual PC wthout any problems.

I think that is a VMware or Firewall issue. Perhaps your firewall of the VM allows no http access? Or perhaps VMware did not open the network interface?

Perhaps you can search in that direction.... good luck

Thank you very much Kuske... Firewall was the issue.. Switiched off the firewall in VMWare and it worked perfectly..
