Can't edit custom modules or export

After I backed up the files on my primary sugarcrm and put it on my backup sugar, I'm not longer able to export/publish or edit any of the modules I created. When I do so, I get

Error: PCLZIP_ERR_READ_OPEN_FAIL (-2) : Unable to open archive '/opt/sugarcrm-5.2.0k/htdocs/sugarcrm/custom/modulebuilder/packages/clientbase/zips/clientbase2009_11_23_120054.zip' in wb mode

I believe this is a local system permission problem. How do I go about correcting this? Thanks!

I was able to export by giving permission of the /opt/ folder with write permission but still can't edit the modules. If i add a field, it wouldn't save the field that I created.l

Ok, I gave permission www-data and nobody permission to the /opt folder.. still not allowed to save
