I have hired a telemarketing firm to pre-qualify leads for us. They've done a great job and I now have several contacts that I want to import, send information to and track. I made a spreadsheet with all the necessary data and imported it. Everything worked great except that I can't seem to figure out how to import the name of the campaign. When I am in Admin, Leads, Edit Layout, Detail View, the field next to the campaign label is blank. On the Edit View layout, the field next to the label is a button for a pop-up and doesn't have any titles in it so I can't figure out what field to import the campaign name from the spreadsheet in to.
Any help would be appreciated. I just edited, clicked, selected, saved, and clicked next on several hundred records. Way too much work. G.
